Time is the only currency you have.
Use time for the people you love. Use time for the things you love. Choose yourself.
This a continuation of my previous post, "This item should be in your shopping list, all the time" Read that first.
Then read further.
I am no Steve Jobs. I am not going to tell you that you need to live life like it's your last day. That's up to you. That's a wonderful philosophy to live, by the way.
Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

I am not going to say. STOP BROWSING FACEBOOK TO SAVE TIME. And then share the same post on Facebook. That's actually not so stupid. But I won't be doing that.
I'll say this one thing. Wealthy people, AKA people with abundance in mind and money. They have one distinct characteristic that separate them from others.
Look around you one good time. What do you see? People who sell are more wealthy than people who buy. This applies to any commodity.
Let's take the iPhone. Apple sells iPhone. Apple becomes rich. If I buy an iPhone, I'll be poor in a minute, at least in magnitude to the cost of an iPhone.
Selling works. Always sell. Buy less.
The problem with selling though, is that you have to sell it with a profit. That's the tricky part. That's why everyone couldn't do it.
Let's take TIME as a commodity. TIME is an interesting commodity. Because you are forced to sell it every minute. Every second. Micro second. You don't have a choice. Do you? You wait in the traffic for 120 seconds, under the summer heat and you loose 120 seconds. TIME horribly spent, whether you like it or not. So if you can't stop selling, what is the next best thing that you can do?
Sell it with a whopping profit.
So I browsed Facebook today morning. For ten minutes. I got happy. I saw a few videos. GIFS. I liked it. I liked the trade-off. Ten minutes of lightheartedness.
I liked what I bought with that time. So I am happy with it. Then I exercised. I liked what I did. Then I sat down writing this article. I am pumped up. I am satisfied at the reasonable rate of return.
I believe in a reasonable rate of return - Casino Royale
So let's summarize. Time cannot be made and you can't stop spending it. So, what do you do? If you want to make time, you have to steal time from something else.
Employers take time from Employees in exchange for money. Beer takes time to brew. A flower takes time to bloom. Everything in the world can be considered a byproduct of consuming time.
So. Don't concentrate on time. Concentrate on it's byproduct.
So here is what you can do you steal time. It's legendary and yet so simple.
As soon as you get up, spend the first twenty (strike it) two minutes on the most important thing you need to be doing that day.
If you have a Chemistry exam, get up and load up on chemistry. Don't brush your teeth, don't check your mails.
If you have to get fit, brush first, load yourself with energy and work out. That's it.
Well, If you don't have a chemistry exam. Figure something out.
PS : Checkout the Book, "Choose Yourself", by James Altucher. It is a wonderful read.
